We recommend that you set one habit that you want to change and repeat it daily for 66 days. Research says this is how long it takes for something to go from a goal to a habit. celebrate your daily wins. Positive feeling from completing your daily goal will help keep you going. For best results, do not silence notification and do not skip any questions. This can help you see what is in the way of your change. It can help you discover patterns and see repeated themes.
You can set as many reminders as you want. We recommend that you do one or two change events at a time. tiny habits have a better chance of sticking then trying to change a lot of things at once. You can also build on the feeling of success from the last successful change to help keep you motivated.
You can ask your change pro to sign up at https://portal.mychangeplace.com. You will then be able to connect to your change pro and they can monitor your consistency and help see what is in the way of your change.
